LEGAL RIGHTS: TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO: Trinidad & Tobago vehicle tint law
I was recently stopped by the police and charged $2000.00 for having my car glass dark tint. Should I pay this fine or is there a recourse? If I don't pay the fine, and are summoned to court, could I win the case?
